No experience needed. We provide a safety briefing and instructions before you head out.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, towel, and a change of clothes. Food and drinks are not included.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
· Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur any fee.
· Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
· No-shows (missing an appointment without notice) will be charged the full service amount.
This policy helps us manage our schedule and allows other clients the opportunity to book available time slots.

Your safety is our top priority, and as such, we may suspend water activities in the event of unsafe weather activities. Should there be a need to suspend activities, we will notify you as soon as possible. In turn, you will be given the option of a 'raincheck,' or full refund.
